About the CenterThe IWRC is a non-profit organization housed at Business and Community Services at the University of Northern Iowa. We were first established in 1987 as a result of the Groundwater Protection Act as a resource for Iowa small businesses to utilize for environmental and regulatory issues. In the past 25 years, the IWRC has also expanded its expertise to painter training, online education and the development of a variety of resources and tools for businesses. This year marks a monumental point in IWRC's history. We are celebrating 25 years since the doors first opened. In his State of the Center letter, our Associate Director describes how we've grown through the years and what is to come in the future. |
